A group of 6 girlfriends flew into to Phoenix from all over the country for a girls weekend. We all made appts at Images and were looking forward to our spa day. We arrive to find the door of the business locked and newspaper up on the windows. We frantically call the spa and find out that they are closed because their contractor had not finished some work. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The spa did not call to let us know our appts were canceled, and then I had to call them several times to get the appt charge removed from my credit card. Very poor and unprofesional service. Luckily we were able to find a different spa in the area that could accommodate our group the next day. With the great spas in the Phoenix area, my advice would be to find one other than Images.
