If you call there it is HORRIBLE. I simply called to see if they had a certain printer. I was on hold and then it went to ringing and a new person answered. This happened three times. After 12 minutes they finally answered my question. It should have took a minute or two. Look it up on the computer and let me know if it is in stock. The people there have no idea about the products they carry.....no knowledge.......
