The glass I ordered did not include any ninety-degree cuts, which I suspect is not uncommon. I included a detailed print with my order. Somewhere along the line, the print I submitted was transposed by an LS Glass employee to represent how the glass would be cut from a larger sheet. I don't expect these guys to be math professors but I would expect them to understand a basic print and what is required to produce it. First, their print was wrong. Second, they failed to make the piece to their own print. I resubmitted a drawing to provide more detail. One week later I'm still waiting and so is my project...
