I've been there twice; once to get my hair cut and then to get my hair highlighted. The girl who cut my hair was very nice--did the style i wanted, etc. I asked her to take as much needed off to get the dead ends off--I looked at my hair a couple days later and there was clearly split ends; my hair is not particularly damaged either. When I got my hair highlighted one of the stylists plopped me in a chair-- didn't really speak to me, did my highlights in about 15 min and left me sitting there to work on other clients without explaining to me what she was doing..her service was HORRIBLE. Nice salon but 100% NOT worth the extraordinary prices they charge.
