DO NOT visit this urgent care facility! On the recommendation of my primary care physican,I took my 9 year old son in to check and see if he had an ear infection. Since there was conisderable wax build up, the doctor need to clean it out to determine if there was an infection. During that process, he poked a hole in my son's ear drum! IMAGINE! On visiting our pediatrician, the hole was significant - 30% of he ear drum is missing. To add insult to injury, the doctor never apologized even though he acknowledged that HE created the hole! DO NOT go to this clinic!
