The staff at Bell's is rude and do not care about the customer's needs. We had a transmission repaired/replaced for $2,700. After they "so called" repaired the transmission, the car wouldn't start and they charged $350 for engine work (the car would start prior to them working on it). Needless to say the transmission went out four days after getting the vehicle from Bell's. They then told us that the cause was the axle and control arm, requested another $500+ dollars to repair that...this is BULL*$&! because the axle and control arm have nothing to do with the transmission.
