On the Border used to be a pretty decent for a chain restaurant. It wasn't the best Mexican you'd have, but certainly not the worst either. As of late, it seems the place has gone completely downhill. My last two experiences have been beyond bad - problems with the food and cleanliness. Service was decent (exactly what you would expect from that type of restaurant). I'm not really sure what happened, but hopefully corporate management can turn this place around before it ends up like Bennigans.
