Small 2 story restaurant that is warm and inviting, yet in an industrial way. (It is in the SOMA / Ballpark area after all) But if you live in the area, it's conveniently located on Brannan, it's usually sunny, and it's casual with your standard American faire, including burgers, beer, and a brunch menu. It's close the ballpark, so if you want to spend the day in the area or get together before a game, this is an option. \r

I'm not wowed particularly by the food, it was good but nothing stands out of the ordinary to me in memory. But what does stand out for me, is that for a group of 9 girls, we were treated with horrible service. They mixed up our group and separated us when seating us, the waitress was slow in bringing out drinks whenever we were out, and she NO patience in taking our orders, she was actually snappy to us. \r

Really? 9 nice girls that are just there to catch up, munch on some food and have a good time. Also these 9 girls are more than generous tippers. \r

But oh no she was rude. And when we mentioned it to her colleague, another waiter he got on the defense right away. (As he should defend a coworker.......) But we weren't mean, why so sensitive?
