Service crew called ahead of arrival. They came early because I let them. I own 2 dogs that shed constantly. They vacuumed all the hair up before starting the cleaning process. They paid special attention to the stains. I work from home so they worked on my office last. So my day wasn't disrupted for more than 30 minutes. The cleaning product has a pleasant odor so it won't chase you out. The carpets are dry as soon as they are done cleaning so no waiting time before you can walk on them. Best of all the carpets continued to brighten up for 2 days after cleaning. I highly recommend this service.
