The entire experience, from calling in to scheduling to the service itself was painless. No surprises whatsoever. The serviceman totally worked with us to figure out what to clear and what not to clean.
Pricing is tad on the high side but I've got no problem based on the outcome.
Overall, I'm impressed and satisfied.
