This is the first time I've ever had any rug cleaned professionally. Terry came out and explained the process, moved the furniture I asked to be cleaned under, and only charged for the actual area being cleaned. Charging for just the area cleaned brought the total price under the estimate on the phone. Plus, got some free cleaning solution. Rugs smell clean (so the smell like nothing now!) and they are a bit more vibrant.
