I just want to say thank you to Simone and all of the staff at sissors! I am not the kind of girl who goes to the salon all the time. It took me hours of reading reviews and researching slaons to dicide where to go. I went into sissors with a big knot in my stomach and a full head of multi-colored (what i thought was) ruined hair. I had an ""at home"" hair disaster my hair was natural color at the top, bright blond almost white in the middle, and a terrible orange/brown color at the bottom. Whent I walked into to sissors with my anxiety level at the top I was instantly greeted with smiles, a tour of the salon, and total comfort. Simone sat me down, found out exactly what I wanted to have accomplished, and what my buget was. She explained how she could fix it and exactly what she was going to do which continued through the whole service every step of the way. when I walked out of sissors my hair looked amazing and my confidence level was soaring!! I felt beautiful!!! I will be a life long costumer I am going back next week to become a full blond and to get a tan- The staff at sissors totally changed my view on salons and I would rate my visit at the highest level in everything (comfort, quality, and overall satisfaction Love Lauren
