My husband and I lived 9 years with our kids and 1 cat very happily at Oak ridge.The manager was so kind and helpfull she called karen(owner) and worked out payments on a pet deposit. My cats lucky day! The kids were happy. The apartment was clean smell free and well maintained.The people that lived there were working folk .NOT drug people. My kids friends would come over from grade school to high school They liked coming to visit because it was a nice environment family friendly and the manager was kind she liked people.The manager made us feel important . If we needed something fixed it was done the same day or the next. Karen was a fair person she gave all the people who lived there her home address & phone number.I had 1 complaint in 9 years,the laundry room was locked.I called Karen. In 5 minutes the laundry room was open. Karen called me back and thanked me and never told it was me.When I moved out the manager gave me a list of things I was responsible for to get my $750.00 deposit back. I did them. Hold on to your wallets people! I got $715.00 back! The owner and manager are honest how bout that. My kids made a red stain on the carpet and the only deduction was 35.00 That people is more than fair. you should have seen the stain my kids made. I recommend oakridge only to people who want to live in a good clean family friendly environment
