We took our dogs in for boarding in Xmas 2009 and we came back with 1 very sick dog that required an emergency visit to our vet while the others came back not as themselves. Plus, they have not been fed for the last few days of their stay - they never explained why. I packed their food individually for the length of the boarding stay, and the dogs came back with many extra bags of food.
I love their groomer but that was the last straw that broke the camel's back - we are never going back & will warn everyone about how unhealthy that place is and the poor quality of boarding ...
