I was really amazed at the response I got from Rathbun Realty when I decided to rent my home. I gave up on selling it and thought I'd be better off to just rent it. I called several different companies and was able to talk to a ""live"" person at Rathbun who answered all my questions. She arranged to view my house the next day and had it on the market the following day. This was two weeks ago and it has already rented. I'm really impressed with their ability to get the job done!
