went on a recommendation from a colleague and because they were close to my office and took my insurance. long story short, they gave me the wrong prescription and charged me more than a dr office for a consult on an eye infection. after 3 months of eye infection treatment, i got the correct prescription (cohens had given me one 1.5 times stronger than i needed- thanks.) and insisted they replace my glasses and contacts. which they're doing - but this gentleman, whom i presume to be the manager has been rude, condescending and almost accusatory toward me. as if it's my fault that they gave me the wrong prescription and now have to go out of their way to fix the situation. i will NEVER go there again.
