I've never had someones office staff be so rude to me. The girl at the front desk broke HIPAA and told people outside of the office that I had had a surgery and that I had missed an appointment. Another time she yelled at my mother on the phone. Once she actually tried to get me to get into a verbal battle. I stated 'Ok thankyou, see you at my appoiuntment' And she said 'what's your problem?' I told her she was misteken and she said 'Are you sure because it kinda seems like you have a problem, I sense something in your voice' And the last straw was when I went on vacation I called and rescheduled my appointment. Apparently she wasn't informed and sent me a rude letter saying that they no longer wanted me as a patient because I missed the appointment that I had actually rescheduled. I've never heard of an office letting someone treat their patients that way.
