I specifically asked for the route from Palo Alto to the San Jose Performing Arts Center via I 280. 101 is a terrible road and is usually blocked by traffic. Also I live on the west side of town and I 280 is much closer and easier to get to than 101.
What happened to the button that allowed me to select another route?
This set of directions is worse than useless!!!!
