I have been training with these exceptional people since July 2009. I have lost 55lb and I feel like a fighter. With their unique skills in teaching of the techniques and ultimate fitness, they can not only change your appearance/health/self-confidence but also give you the skills and knowledge of martial arts which you can use for the rest of your life.
