Not only did we sign a contact for pest control, we also signed for termite protection and paid $750 to have a vapor gaurd put in our crawlspace. The vapor gaurd was never completed properly, we were told they would clean out our crawl space and remove all the debris - they cleaned 1/2 of the space and never took the debris, the debris was left in the crawlspace in a pile. We were told that the outside spray was non toxic, once the technician came out he told us that he couldn't tell us that the spray was non toxic, so we couldn't even spray the backyard where are pets are. They told us the service came with cobweb removal, once the tech comes out he said they do not do that, etc. etc. etc. Just another company that sells a product they do not deliver on, unfortunately they charge much more than everyone else as well.
Pros: always show up on time
Cons: did not fulfill contract and billed me for an extra month
