Don't go when they first open because they are not ready for full service. Went in to get coffee (americano), simple right, but then I added a bagel toasted and had to wait 10 minutes because the oven was not turned on when they first arrive to prepare for opening, hmmm. sounds to me that either they came in late or they may need a check list so that eveything is ready for opening. What a waste of my time and confidence in their service. Most of us need to hurry to not have to sit in traffic.
