Dropped off my husband's $200 Ecco loafers 20 days ago, and called back several times, they were still not done, so I went there personally after a few more days. They couldn't find them. ""Somebody must have picked them up"". (Yeah! YOU picked the up for your husband who needed a pair. ) I don't fall for it. They don't even have ticket numbers on the shoes so anybody can show a $5 ticket and pick up a $200 pair...""yep, those are mine, right thar.""
