I made a reservation for a ride to the airport and the cab did not show up. When I called to inquire, they did not offer to send another cab. In fact, they wouldn't even confirm whether they could find my reservation, either by street address or by confirmation number. I was put on hold and they did not return. I had to drive to the airport.
Cons: Totally unreliable
