Do NOT rent ANY apartment managed by Neblett Property Management! Maintenance service is never provided. They just let the buildings fall further and further into disrepair. The office staff takes your serivce requests and then lies about why no repairman ever shows up. They don't even try to correct problems.

Cons: very poor maintenance; office staff lies to you
