I have a chain of 3 Stores and we were with Payroll Solutions. We were having issues on trying to get the reports we needed there so we had one of the sales reps from Payday Payroll Service come in and gave her are report wish list. I thought that if they could produce 4 out of the 8 reports I gave her that it would be an improvement. A week later she called me to let me know she could produce all 8!!!! WOW! This included a report that would give me one report with all 3 stores having their costs broken down. At first I thought it was only a sales pitch, but she actually sent me 2 of the reports we asked for for me to look at. After we started with Payday in January 2010, we had all 3 custom reports designed and delivered to us. These reports save us 10 hours a week of manual work we had to do prior to Payday. Now I am thinking of other reports to help!
