I chose this store because it was independent and had a good review online. Big mistake. I dropped off a pair of boots for repair in early January, and was told repairs would take about 2 weeks. After a month and a half, I called for an update and was told they were behind, it would be another week. After another 2 weeks, I called again and I was told they were still behind, but would call with an update in another week. When they didn't call again, I went in to get my boots back. Simple communication would have made a huge difference in keeping me from getting so frustrated, but they are only open from 9-1 Saturdays, so getting a hold of them was almost impossible. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
Pros: Very nice when I dropped off my shoes for repair
Cons: Didn't contact for over 2.5 months; only open 4 hours/wk
