On the rare occasion that my pets manage to get out of the fence, you will see me walking up and down the street often in PJs in the wee hours of the night or early morning calling for them with leashes & flashlights. We have THREE neighbors in my immidiate block who have 2 Chiuahuas, a Dachshund and a Shar Pei and a Poodle mix whom are aloud to roam the neighborhood freely and with out supervision. I actually received TWO letters from the HOA informing me that I was in violation of the pet leash clause!! I was irate! At this time these FIVE DOGS still roam the streets on a daily basis with no repercussions to their owners! This has been going on for FIVE YEARS!! As a matter of fact, the owners of the Chiuahuas used to have THREE but one was hit by a car and killed and STILL they leave the other two outside!! I find this extremaly biased and offensive!!
