Bridal and Formal needs to understand the basic business principles of CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is an apparent lack of it especially with any follow up activities that may be part of ordering your dress AND this is coming from a bridesmaid. Also there is an complete lack of sales staff knowledge when it comes to alternations and timelines to receive obtain your dress. You have to call multiple times in order to obtain a call back. It amazes me that they are actually in business still in this economy and should know that when individuals are buying luxury items there is a different presentation that must be brought across to the customer. It is a complete disappointment to me.
