I had went t Simonson's for an up-do and a color. The stylist apparently put bleach directly on my scap/mixed the color wrong which left my scelp bleeding..it still hurts a year later. When I called to complain the receptionist had no idea what she was talking about and was to no help at all. I also unfortunantly went back to get my hair cute above my shoulders...one side is about 3 inches shorter than the other and it looks terrible. Therefore I will be wearing my hair in a ponytail until it even out. I had went to another stylist a different salon and she said she has never seen such a terrible job. Also I have had a facial and simonson's and it was also a waste of money.
