When I go to a BBQ place I want smoke to pour out the chimney and hit me in the nose when I get out of my car. That's the sign of a good BBQ joint. I didn't get that impression here at Uncle Billy's.
Pros: large menu, great big new parking garage
Cons: pricey and not that fresh
