I took my older laptop in for repair as it was making strange noises and they were able to figure out the problem that same day, order the part from IBM, and get my laptop back to me very quickly. They even gave me frequent update phone calls to let me know how my repair was coming along.
I have had to deal with tech support on the phone with Dell before and I much prefer the personal, face to face service that PC guys offers.
