One month ago I had starter issues with the car - and I was told there were cut wires and it took four days and $650 to get it ""fixed."" Two weeks ago it began to act up. I took it back and was told it would be many days before they could even look at it and that I should just ignore it.
Tonight, alone, in a dark parking lot my car was absolutely dead. Nothing worked - no lights, and the engine didn't even consider turning over. So, thanks for telling me to ignore it and THANKS for taking $650 to NOT fix what you said was a starter problem. I hope he will be honorable but honestly, after the way I was treated the first time and then the second time, I have serious doubts. Obviously if he expects me to pay more money I will take it elsewhere. I am so disappointed because this place got good reviews but I think this is the biggest car rip-off I have experience in 40 some years of life.
Pros: I paid $650 for a new starter and some broken wires
Cons: three weeks later, alone in a dark parking lot, dead car
