If you have ever strolled down NYC's Arthur Ave. with a folded over slice of pepperoni bigger than your face that is dripping grease down your chin and you were incredibly happy about this, than Ponzo's is for you. If that though does not make you smile, stick to some of our town's other fine pizza joints.

Hands down the best NYC style pizza joint in town, this is the quintessential neighborhood dig for pizza that is just greasy enough to be comforting. If the black and white photos of Vito and Angelina on the wall don't put you in Queens, just chat up the owner who is usually found sitting at one of the inside tables. He will tell you the history of Ponzo's and launch into the details of their ingredients. This is a business that takes pride in its product.

And for that man in your life that is never full, the Godfather sandwich ought to shut him up, for a while at least (worked on my ex).

Don't be fooled by the strip mall. These joints, SuperCuts aside, represent some fine home-grown businesses. Neighbor Coffee Groundz is a hub for local start-ups and place to grab post pizza dessert.
