I've been to Minneapolis, NY & Chicago with fabulous hair stylists that are able to look at your hair and say: this will look great on you!! Sadly I did not find this here. My hair was cut funny...left with a ""tag"" in the back, whatever that is, and when I went back to see if they could fix it, they were defensive and short. Okay, clearly this is not where you want to go to get a new, great, sexy hairstyle. One star given for the friendly staff. Now we need to work on the confidence of the employees and decrease the defensiveness when someone comes back with an issue.
