Very poor service, especially on the Dentist office side. Just recently, I had a crown come off and made an appt to have it recemented the following day. My appt was for 1:00pm, they called me back and 1:15 and the dentist finally came in at 3:00. I was checking out at 3:05. 2hrs worth of waiting for less than 5 min. worth of work! This is only one occassion, this unprofessional behavior seems to be a common practice. The payment policy on their braces changed several times in the course of paying them off, not to mention we are on on 3rd orthodontist since begining there. As soon as my kids braces come off, we will be finding another dentist!
