6 weeks ago, I donated a kidney to my husband and we're living in the cities for his transplant follow-up care. I was cleared for workouts 4 weeks after my surgery, and found 501FIT. AWESOME! The owners/trainers are super - both with accomodating my short term request (we'll only be here another 3 weeks) and for cautioning me during class when I might be pushing too hard considering my post-surgery startup.
Pros: the people, the space, classes, cleanliness, energy!
Cons: haven't found any...
