My wife and I first went to Pappadeaux 6 years ago and we fell in love with the Red Snapper with Opelousas Sauce. Unfortunately they haven't had Red Snapper for the past 3 years which considering this company is based out of Houston (right on the gulf coast) I think is ridiculous.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Lack of variety and over-crowded
