Enterprise is a huge company and I expect more from such. The Effingham location is out of cars many times and even when not, their selection is not the best. I have had some great rental from the location, don't get me wrong, but if my trip is on short notice I almost never expect to get service from this location. Sometimes they are able to accomodate from locations further away so it is always a nice jesture. If planning on going Enterprise, try to give as much notice as possible. :)
