By any chance are the former owners looking at these postings? If so, you have at least a few people that have gift certificates to your business and now can't use them! Any suggestions? Did you work a deal with another spa to take them and you'll reimburse them? I got this gift certificate as a bridal shower gift. I wonder if my friend paid for it with a credit card and could get her $ back like that other person claimed she did.
