o.k. people.. here is the deal. (5 rules to follow)
1) the place is small..very small..They call it a lounge.. but unless you are a midget with one leg.. there will be NO "lounging" here. So get there early and find a corner you like. This is a neighborhood bar with couple of curtains and candles.. Not a "lounge".
2) stick to beer, because ALL OF THE HARD LIQUOR IS "CUT" (watered down)(and watered down BADLY)

5) pay attention to what the bartenders charge you, because they make up prices as they go.. they will charge you $1 more for the same drink you just ordered 5 minutes ago. So if you don't pay attention... they WILL stick it to you some more.
These things (cut drinks,shady pricing) aren't by accident.. this is just how this place operates.
if you can deal with these 5 rules.. you should have a spectacular evening.
Pros: MUSIC IS O.K. nothing special...
Cons: BAD DRINKS
