We were two families, and we had one order of a chicken dish and three orders of all-you-can-eat sushi. Wife accidentally spilled a glass of water, and the waitress was visibly upset, as if we were troublemakers. From that point on, it went downhill. Waitress never came back with another glass of water until we asked for one 30 minutes later. She saw my son take a sip of my miso soup, and said he couldn't have any because it was part of the all-you-can-eat sushi meal. I can understand if I was handing out sushi to everyone at the table, but the miso soup that never gets refilled? Informed the owner of the horrible service, but he didn't seem overly empathetic.
