1st two appts he wasn't there I laughed off. 1st one they did not chart that they called or sent letter. 2nd time, they charted that they left a message. However, the # they called was listed as a half of my cell phone # and half of my house #. This time, there was a note on door saying that if the door is locked and the lights are off, we are closed.
