I went to get my haircut here because it was recommended by a friend and it was one of the Worst experiences I've had with a haircut ever. I went in was thrown over to Valantino, all I got out of my mouth was I want to donate my hair and he had cut off my ponytail without question and without measuring. Next I was brought over for him to was my hair, jerked my head up then back down into the sink, rinse and repeat. The next thing I know my hair is two inches long and looked nothing like the picture I had showed him after he hacked my pony tail off. I shouldn't be suprised though, it's not like he really looked at the photo or even let me talk about what I wanted. Also, his brushes are kept in a box, not the cleaning solution, I wouldn't be suprised if I got lice from this experience, it really would be the cherry on top. While Valantino laughed at me because I was so upset over my hair he kicked me aside because he had another customer. When I went to talk to male manager they said there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't want my hair any shorter, and they wouldn't refund my money. While trying to talk to him Valantino came over and started yelling at me, which is when I walked out, $30 poorer with little hair left on my head, it's safe to say that I hope the winter sticks around until April so I can continue wearing my winter hat over my head.
