they refuse to provide any kind of customer support. They won't answer phones or emails. They won't provide any info on events. I've tried for 2 months to get information about a concert I've already purchased tickets for, they refuse to provide any info. I've made a better business complaint against them. Concert is in 3 days and still no info has been provided. Pros: none that I have seen Cons: no customer support more
