Save your money. You can easily find better housing, accommodations and service in the nearby section 8/low incoming housing projects located down on W. 25th Street. Douglas Price, Cyndi Kriz and the "K&D Group", the word is spreading. It always brings a smile to my face when I walk the 1500 block of Detroit and see all of the vacant units in the "Waterfront" building.
