After waiting 14 weeks(!) to receive our furniture, the dresser was delivered damaged and we had to wait an additional 6 weeks for a replacement. During these 20 weeks of waiting we had to call Berg's repeatedly just to check on the status of our order. Once the replacement dresser was shipped I called to confirm that an attachment piece that we ordered was going to delivered with the dresser. It turns out that although we paid for the attachment piece 20+ weeks ago it was not included with the replacement dresser. We are still waiting for this piece.
Although Berg's has a nice selection of baby and youth furniture the lack of communication and incompetence of the staff makes it NOT worth the hassle.
