The food is good from a previous experience but when I made reservation for 28 people to celebrate my daughter?s birthday, they messed up the reservation and never apologized. Management behavior was very unprofessional; they accused me of lying, and not making the reservation. I even told management when the reservation was made and they did not care. They never tried to help me with a solution to accommodate my party of 28. Thank GOD my daughter?s birthday was not ruin, we found another restaurant 4 hour prior to guess arriving, and they accommodated our needs. Poor customer is the down fall and key to unsuccessful businesses. It?s great to have excellent food but efficient/effective customer service skills are pertinent. I deserve good customer service with good food and Hamada does not exhibit both. Due to poor management and their unprofessionalism, I will never dine there again.
