First, let me explain about me and my dry cleaning.... I do a lot of dry cleaning. So, I have learned from experience if you want a spot out - you need to let the dry cleaner know it's there... I mark my spots with that Home Depot blue tape. Anyways, I dropped off several pairs of pants and a suit to get cleaned, picked them up a week later and when I went to wear a pair of the pants there was a HUGE stain... like someone had dumped a beer in my lap. When I returned to have the pants re-cleaned, I was informed that the pants had arrived with the stain..... nope! and then I got attitude from the employee. Not a good experience.
Cons: Poor customer service
