I gave them 2 tries. One healthy visit which I waited for 55 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment and a sick visit where I waited 35 minutes to be seen with a last minutes appointment. I probably spent less than 7-10 minutes with the vet. Will never go back. The staff was not horrible but they seemed overworked and untrained. The waiting room is uncomfortable especially for the amount of time that you spend there and the pictures are a joke. The hospital overall was filthy. The cost was unreasonable for the level of service and attention that my pet and I received. I have not heard very good things about the owner but have not personally met him. My advice is to look elsewhere.
