I actually went there from the age 3-6. I never had a problem there, and everyone was very nice. I always looked forward to going. As far as being in trouble and "time-out" I always thought my punishment was reasonable. They are very loving and caring people. It doesn't kill a child to have some discipline every once in a while, and that is usually the complaint I hear, which the only discipline I ever saw was "time-out" or from a parent. I became very mature after going there. I thought it was a very good experience
